Informational Writing

We are writing an informational story about different types of cats.  Here is a website some of the students used to learn about Cheetahs.  Please take a few minutes to learn some interesting facts about Cheetahs at this link http://animalstime.com/cheetah-facts-kids-cheetah-habitat-diet/ .  Each student was allowed to choose the type of cat they wanted to write about, and worked with a small group reading a book about the cat or research information online.  The class did a great job working together to gather information for their graphic organizer to use to write their story this week!
